Pakistan’s Integrated Digital Innovation District
The IT Park is an innovation district built on three deeply integrated pillars. the Enterprise Hub for commercial innovation, the Training Hub for human capital development and the R&D hub for technological revolution. This synergy converts Al Nahal into a full-scale ecosystem where ideas, infrastructure, and investment converge. Al Nahal is Pakistan’s first sovereign, ESG-compliant Tier III+ Modular Data Center and IT Park. Strategically located within the Sindh Education City and certified under the STZA framework, our project is a foundational pillar for ‘Digital Pakistan’.
The Enterprise Hub is the commercial and innovation anchor of the IT Park. It is designed to unite enterprises, startups, and innovators to accelerate the growth of high-value technology sectors including AI, Cloud Computing, Fintech, and Blockchain.
