Implementation Plan

  • Phase 1 (2026-2027)
    Establish core IT programs, build initial labs, and target 1,000 trainees.
  • Phase 2 (2028-2029)
    Expand to Aviation, Logistics, and Healthcare; scale to 2,500 trainees.
  • Phase 3 (2030-2031)
    Launch the full hub including Construction, Hospitality, and Gaming; integrate all simulations and aim for 20,000+ trainees per year.
